I paid for a month and cant watch a movie. My regular connection is very fast. When Popcorn time tried to start to download it was soooooooo slow. 19kbps. ???? I want to cancel, but do not know where to do this at.

I subscribed to popcorn Friday evening 28/01/2017, I want to cancel subscription until I have LAN fitted as using my cellphone network is too expensive.
Kindly advise what should I do to cancel subscription to avoid deduction from credit card?

Presuming you’re talking about VPN (there are no subscriptions to Popcorn Time) you should take that question up with the VPN provider. To make sure the VPN connection is to blame, you should try watching the same thing with the VPN both on and off. Most VPN providers offer zero to no speed reduction.

I downloaded the Popcorn Time app (I actually thought it was something else) and it said it was a 7 day free trial and would charge $5.99 each month after that unless I cancelled in settings. I cannot find the app listed in settings so cannot cancel. Please can you advise what I need to do to cancel this subscription!

Go to your iTunes app in your account they have a subscription tab that says manage. Delete it from there

What if you are on a PC, not a mac. I have the same issue as mentioned earlier in which the vpn slows down the speed of my internet. I can’t find any function in popcorntime that will allow me to unsubscribe, please help.
